Welcome to my blog that revolves all around tacos! I am Margaux, a 21 year old senior who attends Kean University, which is a University in New Jersey and is about a 30 minute train ride outside of New York City. And as everyone knows, New York City is a hub for all kinds of good food. I grew up in Dubai for 12 years prior to coming to New Jersey for school. I come from a mix background of Filipino and German. I chose to do this blog due to the fact that I love food, and I thought tacos would be a cool, and fun food to blog about.

Tacos are probably one of my favorite foods. I love all kinds of foods, but I love tacos for the fact that it’s a simple fusion food in which you can switch up and do so much with. This blog will include reviews on different places that serve tacos, as well as my own taco recipes and twists. With that, I will also include feedback from whoever I am with when trying the tacos, so that you can get not just one opinion, but possibly 2 or 3.
